The Windsor, California native chose the beauty industry because she wanted a career that would allow her to be helpful and creative at the same time. Erinn is a songbird who lived in Italy for five years, and she counts the iconoclastic Lady Gaga among her dream clients. Her worst hair moment? The chunky home highlights her mother applied on her hair through a plastic cap. Erinn learned her lesson as a middle school kid—never use box dye!—and with her talent and skills, she’s making sure nobody repeats her mistake.
