The fine print.
AT YOUR SERVICE
Time to shine. Please confirm your service 48 hours in advance, and cancel no later than 24 hours in advance, if necessary. For all Color Corrective we require a 48 hour notice and for NBR/Extension services require a 72 hour notice, due to the longer length of service time. We will be doing a 48 hour text confirmation and a follow up phone call 24 hours prior in the event you have this service scheduled with us and have yet to confirm. Otherwise, any changes less than 24 hours prior to your appointment time and/or no shows may result in a charge of service. We will be asking and placing a credit card of your choice on file for any last minute cancellations, no shows. Our software is PCI compliant in which your credit card is safely encrypted for 100% security.
Convenience made easy. Please allow yourself 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time for parking. Parking can be limited on the Plaza throughout the day and we want you to feel at ease when arriving to your appointment on time.
Service reservation requested, not required. We do welcome walk-in service or retail guests. Service will be based upon availability.
Beverage offerings. We look forward to offering you our signature latte, tea and/or wine option at your next service.
Service with a smile. All services are guaranteed; notify us within three days of your service if you require an adjustment.
Product exchanges or refunds. We appreciate your support of our small local business. We stand by our products, yet in the event you would like to return any product purchased at Brush Salon due to unsatisfactory results, please feel free to bring it in for an exchange or refund within 30 days. We reserve the right to refuse an exchange or refund in the event more than half of the product is used.
Money matters. We gladly accept Cash, Visa, Mastercard, Amex, and Discover. Sorry, no checks.
