The fine print.


In order to ensure the safety of our team and guests we will be implementing new safety protocols.

We will begin your service alongside your confirmation starting with our text Wellness Questionnaire|Waiver.  We require your wellness questionnaire | waiver  to be completed electronically no later than 5:00pm the night prior to your appointment.  This will come via a separate text from your confirmation 72 hours prior to your appointment to give you ample time to complete.  We are here to be of service, so in the event you are experiencing any challenges with receiving or signing your wellness questionnaire electronically, please reach out to our guest relations team promptly and we will be happy to help.  In the event you need to reschedule due to not meeting the health & safety requirements of our wellness questionnaire or any other reason, please do so no later than 24 hours prior to your appointment.  We will be strictly enforcing our cancellation policy as we value your time and ask that you value ours.

Time to shine.  Please confirm your service 72 hours in advance, and cancel no later than 24 hours in advance, if necessary.  For all Color Corrective and Keratin services we require a 72 hour notice and for NBR/Extension services require a 7 day notice, due to the longer length of service time. We will be doing a phone call reminder 1 1/2- 2 weeks prior to your Color Corrective, Keratin and NBR/Extension service in addition to the 72 hour text/email confirmations in the event you have this service scheduled with us.  Otherwise, any changes less than 24 hours prior to your appointment time, no shows and/or wellness questionnaire isn’t submitted by our 5:00pm night before service deadline, will result in a full price charge of service.  We will be asking and placing a credit card of your choice on file for any last minute cancellations, no shows and waivers not turned in by our deadline.  Our software is PCI compliant in which your credit card is safely encrypted for 100% security.

Convenience made easy.  Please allow yourself 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time for parking.  Parking can be limited on the Plaza throughout the day and we want you to feel at ease when arriving to your appointment on time.  Please call 707.431.1400 upon your arrival to our building and we will inform you when your artist is ready to serve you.  Due to current health mandates we are unable to have you relax in our waiting are at this time.

We will greet you to begin our new entry procedure and share safety protocols.  We ask that you arrive at your scheduled appointment time and no sooner.  Our waiting area will remain closed.  Upon arrival, we will confirm your wellness questionnaire you previously signed, take your temperature, and have you sanitize your hands before we begin  your service.

Service reservation required.  We are not able to accommodate walk-in service or retail guests until further notice.

Please wear a face mask.  Please wear a face masks that loops behind the ears rather than ties behind the head.  We are requiring all guests and employees to wear face masks while at Brush.  We will have masks available for a minimal fee.

A new greeting.  You’ll be greeted by your artist in a way that avoids contact.  While a hug or hand shake are customary at Brush, we will be refraining from additional touch.

Social distancing.  We will be staffing the salon to support a minimum of 6 feet between guests and have installed partitions in between the shampoo bowls and at our front desk.

Please visit solo.  We welcome guests who are receiving services and will not be able to allow additional patrons such as children, friends, or partners.

A child’s place.  This is your time to relax. Due to the strict state and county guidelines, at this time we have chosen to temporarily suspend service to our Brush kids under the age of 13.  We look forward to serving them in the future and appreciate your understanding in this shift.

Beverage & snack offerings suspended.  Our complimentary beverage and snack offerings have been temporarily suspended.

Contactless checkout available.  Download the free Pocket Salon App.  This app will allow you to check in, purchase products, and checkout from the convenience of your phone!  In addition, we will be offering chair-side iPad checkout.

Shop Curbside Retail.  Place your order for your curbside retail anytime via our Pocket Salon App and soon to be here on our online website store.  Call us when you arrive at (707) 431-1400. We’ll bring your items out to your car! Order anytime. Pickup available Monday-Friday 8am-5pm and Saturday 8am-4pm.

Service with a smile.  All services are guaranteed; notify us within three days of your service if you require a correction.

Safety first: no exchanges or refunds.  We appreciate your support of our small local business. Due to the current climate, we will not be offering any refunds or exchanges as all sales are final until further notice.

Money matters.  Electronic Payment is preferred.  We request non-cash transactions for all retail and service purchases if possible yet not required.  We gladly accept Visa, Mastercard, Amex, and Discover. Sorry, no checks.
